QBE travel insurance for travellers who need cover for medical and dental expenses, medical and non-medical evacuation and repatriation, cancellation and additional expenses plus other benefits for travel within Australia and overseas.
Customers may be reassured that, when purchasing a QBE travel insurance policy, your pre-paid expenses are covered for cancellations or delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, civil commotion or strikes as well as an illness or injury, as set out in the PDS.
QBE encourages travellers to purchase travel insurance well in advance of their trip, preferably on the same day they book their travel plans.

Annual Multi Trip Travel Plans - Cover available for travellers aged under 70 years, who travel within Australia and Internationally, with a maximum trip duration of 60 days. This per adult policy, including children at no extra cost, also allows you to select cover for your partner at any time during the period of insurance. Extensions to your trip are available by the Australian or International travel plans.

International Travel Plans - Full comprehensive world-wide travel insurance cover for adult travellers up to 70 years, includes accompanying child or children at no additional cost. Additional benefits available to cover cruising, snow sports, rental vehicle excess, specified items and excess removal.

'NEW' Elements Travel Plans - A budget travel plan for overseas travel. This 'Per Person' international budget travel plan provides all the elements for travellers under 65, with one simple excess of $100 and no existing medical condition requirements. With consideration for high risk destinations, age and additional travel regions, this product offers lower prices for low risk areas.

Australian Cancellation Travel Plans - For travellers who need cover for the non-refundable part of pre-paid travel arrangements, additional travel, accommodation and meals while travelling within Australia. Policy cover is per person, with a limit of $1,000 or $2,000 regardless of age, health or trip duration.

Australian Travel Plans - Cover for Australian residents regardless of age and includes children at no additional cost, who need cover for deep water cruising, cancellation or rearrangement costs, additional travel expenses, repatriation plus other benefits for travel within Australia, Lord Howe, Cocos or Christmas Islands.

Inbound Travel Plans - Cover for non residents of Australia, under 70 years of age travelling to and within Australia on a temporary basis. Cover for medical and cancellation expenses, loss or theft of luggage and rental vehicle insurance excess cover. 'Single or 'Duo/Family' which includes child or children at no additional cost.
