The unavailability of Internet Reservations in whole or in part or any failure or delay in any way connected with the use of Internet Reservations because of the Internet, GLOBAL EXECUTIVE TRAVEL’s or any third party's systems or technology or any other circumstances, including, but not limited to the use of or inability to use Internet Reservations to check prices and availability or for reservations, ticketing or any other use; |

The performance or non-performance by GLOBAL EXECUTIVE TRAVEL or its contractors or suppliers or the failure of any function or service associated with Internet Reservations, in whole or in part; or |

Any unauthorised access or breach of security into Internet Reservations; or |

Any booking or reservation made through Internet Reservations that, for any reason, has not registered or is delayed or is incorrect in any respect. |

GLOBAL EXECUTIVE TRAVEL and its licensors retain all rights (including, but not limited to copyright and patent rights) with respect to all software and underlying information or material available through Internet Reservations and material contained on the Site. The download or otherwise export or re-export of any software or underlying information or material available through Internet Reservations or the use, copying, modification, transmission, storage, publishing or distribution of material on the Site, or creation any other material on the Site, is prohibited except in the course of the normal use of the Site and Internet Reservations or with the prior written permission of GLOBAL EXECUTIVE TRAVEL and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. |
GLOBAL EXECUTIVE TRAVEL may, at any time and at its sole discretion and without cause or notice, terminate or restrict access to Internet Reservations or refuse to give effect to any Internet Reservations booking or reservation without notice and without giving reasons. |
It is a condition of use of Internet Reservations that Users take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal or business information (including bank and/or credit card details) are not accessed or used by any unauthorised person and that all security or operational procedures are complied with.

| TRAVEL INSURANCE |
You are strongly advised to purchase insurance coverage with respect to tour cancellation or curtailment, accident, injury, illness, medical and hospitalization, flight delays, baggage lost, etc. Our staff will be pleased to assist with enquiries of any travel insurance. Under no circumstances is our company to be constructed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his/her baggage and belongings.
All Policies have a 14 Day Cooling-off Period ...You should be aware that exclusions do apply. | PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CHARGES |
Tour products or individual components supplied by third party (ies) and other air tickets, train services, accommodation bookings, etc, the cancellation charges under the Terms and Conditions of the third party (ies) shall apply. Cancellation charges of the third party (ies) will include no-show fee, refund administrative fee, and any deposit committed to their suppliers to secure the confirmation of the services requested |
| PASSPORT AND OTHER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS |
It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of departure. Relevant visas and vaccinations may be required. You must have the necessary visas, vaccinations, health certificates and all necessary travel documents as required by the various government authorities of the countries to be visited (e.g., exit permit, work permit, social visit pass, etc). |
| APPLICABLE LAW |
| The law applicable to this agreement will be the law in the Australian State of Queensland, AUSTRALIA |
| RESPONSIBILTY AND LIABILITY |
Where the company has not been negligent, nor in breach of any duty, they assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay, or irregularities that may be caused to persons or property, where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control. The Company is an agent of airlines, transport companies, etc, and is not liable for changes made by suppliers but will render assistance wherever possible. All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to those Terms and Conditions under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers managing agents or agents. The company will not be responsible or liable for (damages, refund or otherwise) for:
a. Mechanical breakdowns (except where it is due to negligence on the part of the company or its agents), government actions, weather, act of God, strikes, compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond it's control.
b. The failure of the client to obtain required documentation (e.g. health certificates, visa, passports etc).
c. The failure of the client to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times. Any liability of the Company for breach of any provision of, or any term implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or equivalent State legislation whose operation cannot be excluded, is limited to the extent possible, at the option of the Company, to re supply the service or payment of the cost to have the services supplied again. |

| Cooling off Period ... If, having purchased the policy, you want to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the Certificate of Insurance and obtain a full refund, provided no right or power has been exercised under it by you (eg no claim has been made) and your trip has not commenced. QBE's Distributor will arrange for a refund of the amount payable within 15 business days of you cancelling your policy. The Cooling Off Period does not apply to policy or trip extensions. |
