| Insurance is not available to travellers outside of Australia. |
| This travel plan is only available to Australian residents under 65 years of age at the time the Certificate of Insurance is issued |
| This policy is not suitable for anyone with an existing medical condition, unless it is covered under the exemption list. |
| The premium payable is per person. There is no cover for any accompanying children. |
| Your policy can be extended as many times as you like, up to a maximum duration of 12 months from departure date, provided the current policy has not expired. |
| This travel plan can be purchased up to 6 months prior to the commencement of your trip. |
| This QBE policy does not provide cover for any snow sports. |
| This QBE policy does not provide cover if you are cruising. If you require cover for a cruise you must apply for an International Travel Plan with additional Cruising Cover. |
| An excess of $100 applies to each claim except under Sections B4, D1 and F2 |
